Our birds are fed 100% certified organic feed and are on pasture every day.  Their diets are supplemented with fresh fruit and vegetables from our organic gardens. There are absolutely no GMO feeds, soy, or antibiotics in our poultry feeds.

Pastured chickens will be available the first week in August.  Our birds are processed at Nelson –Shine Produce in Brainerd, Minnesota.

They are delivered to you vacuum-packed and frozen.  Birds can be cut and packaged to your specifications for a small additional fee; for example they can be cut into 8 pieces for $1 extra processing fee.  Giblets are also $1 because of extra processing costs.
